Shanika Jones developed this firm based on her passion to grow sustainable economic opportunities. She believes that there are many people with great ideas, however they need the tools and expertise to transform their passions into successful businesses.  She has successfully developed non-profit organizations with 501(c)3 status and has experience managing both operating and state or donor funded grant budgets within excess of 10 million dollars. Jones advises clients throughout the country on business development and financial management. She specializes in accounting and financial analysis.

Prior to starting this firm, she worked for several years in both corporate and higher education accounting. She has degrees in Economics and Finance as well as an M.B.A.  with over 10 years’ experience in accounting and finance.
